Chenaie & Jay’s Oxon Hoath Wedding Day

Hey Folks! Today on the blog is Chenaie & Jay’s wedding day. This lovely couple tied the knot at Oxon Hoath in Tonbridge back in August. Thank you for a great day ! It was a pleasure photographing your wedding, Awesome day!

Where did you get married and why did you choose your venue? -We got married at Oxon Hoath. We chose this venue because we liked how you could hire out the whole venue for the weekend and that it was private. The original theme we wanted was a rustic shabby chic theme however it turned into gold and pink!

Which flowers did you choose? -The flowers we had we Roses and gypsophila.

Tell us about the Dress! -The Brides dress was a ball gown style dress with sequins and lace. I chose the dress because of the detailed hem. I also fell in love with the body of the dress which had a lovely belt.

How did you have your hair and make-up? -My hair was half up and half down. The down half was wavy and the up do was pinned with sequins. My makeup was natural as I wanted to feel comfortable and natural.

What did the Bridesmaids and Groomsmen wear? -The Groomsmen wore a blue suit with brown shoes. The Bridesmaids wore a full length gold sequinned dress with a low back.

How do you feel the day went? Are there any highlights you’d like to share? -I loved the whole weekend. Me and the girls went to the venue to decorate it and have a girly night and then stayed at the venue. Me and one of my bridesmaids were awake at 2am because of the excitement and went downstairs for a cup of tea just relaxing and talking! Then the make up artist arrived at 6am so everyone was awake and started to get ready. I loved every second of the day it felt like a dream! Being at the alter with my husband didn’t seem real! I had to ask him what we were doing and if it was real! I honestly couldn’t pin point one part of the day as it was all too perfect!
