Kent Wedding Photographer | Tom & Sarah’s Pre Wedding Shoot
Today on the blog is Sarah and Tom’s pre wedding shoot. Sarah & Tom are getting married at St Mary’s Church in Horton Kirby. They chose their church because they love the location and its surrounding areas. They had noticed it on many occasions whilst driving through the area and fell in love with it. After choosing their church, they next chose the village hall for their reception. Within close proximity to the church and with lots of outside space, it was perfect for their relaxed country wedding.
‘We just want a very relaxed wedding with a lot of our homemade things injected in to it’
They’ve gone for a real rustic type day with lots of DIY items, homemade especially for the event. Tom sounds like he can pretty much make anything from scratch, so with Sarah’s ideas and Tom’s hard work, they’ve managed to achieve even more of a personal touch to their day.
They’ve made everything from the cake stand to the bunting, and the table runners to the card box. They’ve arranged for hay bales to be dotted around, and they’ve gone for wild meadowy flowers, in hand tied bunches for that extra laid back feel.
It sounds like they’ve worked really hard to ensure that their day is as fun, and as chilled out as possible.
