A Fun Vibrant Late Spring Styled Shoot At The Grasshopper Inn Hotel – Kent Wedding Photographer – James Grist Photography
Today on the blog is a fun vibrant late spring styled shoot at The Grasshopper Inn Hotel. A great boutique hotel situated in rural Westerham. Surrounded by rolling hills and working farms. A great country venue
Everyone has their ideas about what their perfect day will look like and it is certainly the case that no two Weddings are the same! What we hoped to do at The Grasshopper Inn was show people how we can tailor every aspect of their special day to meet their individual preferences. Working with our very talented friends James Grist and Dora Kovacs we were able to showcase the beauty of our Tudor venue, Dora’s stunning floral creativity and James’ skill at capturing every detail of your day to treasure.
A cool and savvy inspired eclectic trend, decorated with fresh cut flowers and props to accentuate the eccentric character of the venue. The flowers were all based on an all seasonal theme, vibrant colours with a late spring flair. The hanging moss lamp shades were beautifully handcrafted to created a charming, sensual ambience. All these elements were necessary to transform this bland, dull space into fresh and chic vibe.
We had a choice to use a real couple or hired models. We chose to go with a real couple over hired models to show real emotion and chemistry. It was important for me to connect with my subjects straight away. Who’s better to use then one of my own wedding clients. April & Stuart tie the knot next month. Thanks to April & Stuart for modelling for us.
