We looked at 3 venues in total. Cissbury Barn was the last venue we saw and fell in love with it instantly. The rustic and calm vibe we got from Cissbury Barn sealed the deal. The staff were so welcoming and we just knew they’d make our day super special.
Did You Have Any Type Of Theme To Your Day?
There wasn’t a specific theme for the wedding. We are very relaxed and informal people! We knew we wanted a rustic and chilled out wedding and wanted to incorporate earthy colours.

We had the best day ever. It ran smoothly without any issues.
What Would Be Your Number One Tip To Other Couples Planning Their Wedding?
Our number one tip would be to not let outside influence change what you think you want for your wedding. Do what YOU want. This is no one else’s day but yours and it has to be what you want it to be.
