Darren & Natalie’s The Old Kent Barn Wedding Day – Kent Wedding Photographer – James Grist Photography
On the blog today we have Darren & Natalie’s Wedding day. These guys tied the knot in early September at The Old Kent Barn in a Vintage themed garden ceremony. The reason they fell in love with the venue, is because they loved the idea of having their wedding outside, in the venues beautifully kept gardens.
For Natalie’s bridal make-up, she went for something as natural as possible with a simple up-do for her hair. She wanted to keep it natural and made sure that she had the stunning lace detail of the dress on show. Lots of pastel tones added to her natural glow and also her nails followed the same colour scheme.
For the bouquets they chose white and pale pink Roses. The Groomsmen also had the same for their button holes. For the table center pieces, they chose white Calla Lilys and white Roses.
Darren & Natalie’s bridesmaids wore sweetheart neckline maxi dresses, in a pastel pink colour to suit all four bridesmaids different skin tones, and hair colours.
The Groomsmen wore dark grey tails, with grey waistcoats and pink cravats. Whilst the Groom wore a cream waistcoat & cravat, with a pink Rose button hole. And all wore cream & pink handkerchieves.
Natalie and Darren had this to say about their day, ‘The day was perfect! A very proud moment having my brother Dan walk me down the aisle. The speeches by the groom Darren, my brother Dan & the best man Rich were very heartwarming. Everything flowed well and felt relaxed, which allowed us to take the whole day in and enjoy ourselves as the new Mr & Mrs Richardson!’
