Tabitha & Alex’s Penshurst Place Autumnal Wedding

Where did you get married?

We got married on the 29th of October at Penshurst Place in Kent. Found in the countryside village of Penshurst between Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells, Penshurst Place and Gardens is the perfect combination of a rural escape, and gorgeous Elizabethan manor house surrounded by 11 acres of gardens.

What made you choose your wedding venue, did you look at many?

We actually only looked at this one! We had been going for hikes around the area during lockdown and loved the area, when we found out that we could get married there we we set!

Did you have any type of theme to your day?

We didn’t have a strict theme more of an ‘Autumn Vibe’

How did you feel the day went as a whole?

Really well, our goal was for it to be as relaxed and as “no-stress” as possible which I think we achieved! It was lovely to see all of our close family and friends in one place after the coronavirus had kept us apart for so long
